How do I become a Potter's Pot registered wholesale customer?
Potter's Pot allows you to become a registered wholesale customer by simply filling in
the required information and saving your information in the registration page.
Then either email to or fax a copy of your Seller’s Permit, or any other legitimate documentation equivalent to a Seller’s Permit.

Once we recieve official documentation, we will send you a confirmation email and you will be able to purchase merchandise from our website.
How do I place an order?
Once officially registered, click the Shop tab. From there, choose your category of interest. You may now add products to your cart.
Once you are satisfied with your selection, click the Cart tab on the top of the website. You may then review your order before checking out. To complete the checkout, click on the checkout button at the bottom of the page to proceed to the Payment Info page. Press Next at the bottom of the page to proceed to the Shipping Info page.
Once all payment and shipping information is filled out and confirmed, your order will officially be processed.

What if I lose my thepotterspot.com Registered Customer Password?
Click on “Forgot your password” link on your sign in page, you will be emailed your login ID and your password.
What if I want to change my Registered Customer profile?
Log in and click on the "My Account" tab at the top of the page. From there, you will be able to change your account information and password.
What are my shipping options?
We offer UPS Ground Shipping, 3rd Day Select, 2-Day, and Overnight Shipping.
When are the expedited shipping cut-offs?
2-Day and Overnight shipping are not guaranteed if orders are placed after 3 pm Pacific Time on Monday - Thursday.
Orders placed on Friday - Sunday are not eligible for 2-Day or Overnight Shipping.
Does Potter’s Pot ship internationally?
We currently do not process international orders through our website with exception to Canada and Puerto Rico.

Can I add or remove something to a pending order?
You may edit your order before official shipment. Once shipped, you can track your order.
